Full job description

Part time position available, must be available weekends.

(Full time position also available with right experience)

Rate of pay Negotiable for right candidate and experience.

Our work environment includes:

Large restaurant
3 Bars
Staff/ Break room

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Restock bar supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink preparation techniques
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices in a bar or restaurant setting

As a bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to mix delicious drinks will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. If you are passionate about bartending, have excellent customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
