Whether you're experienced in customer service or looking for your next opportunity, we'll give you the training, support and development to succeed.

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but you'll spend your time:

Speaking to customers over the phone, both inbound and outbound.
Understanding each customer's individual circumstances without judgement.
Finding affordable repayment solutions that genuinely work for them.
Negotiating realistic payment arrangements.
Providing clear, honest and supportive advice.
Keeping accurate records while handling confidential information.
Working towards team and individual performance goals.

This is a telephone-based role where no two conversations are ever the same.

You don't need collections experience. What matters most is your attitude.

You'll thrive here if you:

Have 2+ years experience in a customer service environment
Enjoy talking to people.
Can stay calm under pressure.
Have great listening skills and communicate clearly.
Are naturally empathetic and enjoy helping others.
