Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Breakfast Chef to join our dynamic culinary team! Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, pastries, and other morning favorites with precision and flair
Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes and smooth service flow
Monitor stock levels of ingredients, notify management of shortages, and assist with inventory control
Follow health and safety regulations rigorously to uphold hygiene standards in all food preparation activities
Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a positive team environment during busy service hours

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols, food hygiene standards, and meal preparation techniques
Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on breakfast or brunch menus preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
A genuine passion for food service, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning
