As a Care Assistant in Leeds, you will support customers with daily tasks, companionship, personal care, and routines that help them stay independent. Every customer is different, so every day brings a new chance to make someone feel valued, respected, and cared for.

About the Role:

As a Care Assistant in Leeds, you will support customers with daily living tasks, companionship, and personal care. You will work as part of a local team that values kindness, respect, and safe care.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Care Assistant in Leeds:

Preparing meals and drinks
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with personal care
Supporting customers with medication
Assisting with food shopping and errands
Helping with light household tasks
Supporting customers with pets
Encouraging independence at home
Helping customers follow daily routines
Keeping clear and accurate care records
Communicating with team members and office staff
Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care

No previous experience in care is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
