Summary

We are seeking a Junior Estimator and Project Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team in GB. This role is vital in supporting our project execution and ensuring client satisfaction through precise estimation and efficient project coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing quotations for bespoke signage projects.
Review customer enquiries, drawings and specifications.
Obtain supplier pricing and maintain costing information.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, orders and project updates.
Raise works orders and assist with project documentation.
Coordinate information between sales, production and installation teams.
Update internal systems and maintain accurate project records.
Assist with purchasing materials and subcontract services.
Support the management of project timelines and delivery schedules.
Provide general administrative support to the wider team.

Essential Experience

Strong administration and organisational skills.
Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
Professional and proactive approach to work.

Desirable Experience

Experience within manufacturing, construction, signage, fit-out or project-based environments.
Estimating or project administration experience.
Experience interpreting drawings or technical information.
Experience using ERP, CRM or job management systems.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
