About Us

We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. Remuneration

£13.10 per hour + Gratuities

Job Role

Responsible for the efficient management of the team. Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence. Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness. Managing profit margins and growing sales. Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
