Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to perform a variety of manual tasks across different projects. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical skills within a dynamic working environment, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and safety barriers
Carry out general manual labour including lifting, and moving materials
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers in their tasks
Operate basic power tools
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure work environment
Maintain cleanliness of the work site throughout the project duration
Report any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly
Light strip out work were required

Skills

Proven physical strength and stamina for demanding manual tasks
Ability to operate basic hand and power tools safely
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Prior experience in construction or industrial environments is advantageous but not essential

This is a self employed position paid via CIS.

Hours are 7:00- 3:30 extra hours may be available.
