Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

To sell products and services, taking into account the client needs as well as the product and service benefits.
To attend to and support all related customer needs with knowledge of medical conditions. Training to be provided.
Management of existing customers, providing information and selling of products/services.

Job Requirements:

Our client is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic, self-motivated, responsible and reliable candidate who is confident with excellent customer care for their clients. These are absolutely essential.

Applicants should be articulate, well presented with a caring and friendly approachable personality. The candidate must have good telephone and communication skills as well as office/computer application skills. Full training will be given to the successful applicant. High level of responsibility with taking payments, bookings, rescheduling and making new appointments and record keeping will be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:

Sales: 2 years (required)
Customer service: 2 years (required)
