Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive (B2B) to spearhead our growth initiatives and expand our corporate client base. In this pivotal role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will be essential in establishing our presence in competitive markets and achieving ambitious sales targets. Duties

Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to provide customized solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends, customer data, and sales metrics for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms for managing sales pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset committed to continuous learning and growth.

Additional Advantages

Specific B2B sales or business development experience
A strong track record of generating leads, converting opportunities and exceeding sales targets
An existing network of builders, plumbers, heating engineers, developers or relevant trade contacts
Experience selling into the plumbing, heating, construction, property or trade sectors
Experience with outbound telesales, account management or commercial contract sales

Full Training Provided

Previous plumbing or heating product knowledge is not required.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

You'll be an experienced sales professional who enjoys winning new business and building lasting commercial relationships. You'll be confident prospecting by telephone and email, proactive rather than reactive, organised, resilient and motivated by achieving results. Candidates with an existing network across the building, plumbing, heating or wider trade sectors will be particularly well suited to the role.
