Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual CRC KOI (Customer Relations Coordinator - Key Operations Interface) to join our vibrant team! This role is pivotal in managing customer interactions, overseeing key operational processes, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. As a CRC KOI, you will be the frontline ambassador for our organization, ensuring seamless communication across diverse teams and clients. Your leadership, analysis skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will drive our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards
Communicate effectively with clients in multiple languages, including English and Spanish, to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service delivery
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries or complaints
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled workforce
Manage escalations with professionalism, providing clear guidance and support for complex situations
Maintain detailed records of interactions, resolutions, and operational metrics for reporting purposes

Skills

Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication across diverse client bases
Strong analysis skills to interpret data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
Proven management experience with the ability to supervise teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the capacity to guide teams through challenges confidently
Experience in supervising customer service operations or related fields is highly desirable
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
