Part-Time Customer Care Assistant | Lovall

Location: Cannock / Lichfield, Staffordshire

We're looking for a positive, confident and genuinely people-focused Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

You'll be one of the voices of Lovall and an important part of the relationship we have with our customers. Whether you're helping someone choose the right product, resolving a delivery issue or turning a disappointing experience into a brilliant one, you'll make sure every customer feels listened to, valued and looked after.

For us, great Customer Care isn't about sending generic responses or simply closing tickets. It's about understanding people, solving problems and creating an experience that builds long-term trust in our brand.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Customer Care team, you'll:

Deliver friendly, thoughtful and efficient support across email and other customer contact channels.
Help customers with questions about our products, sizing, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and refunds.
Take ownership of problems and find solutions rather than simply passing issues on.
Turn difficult or disappointing customer experiences into positive ones wherever possible.
Communicate with customers in a warm, conversational way that reflects the LOVALL brand.
Respond to customer questions and comments across our social channels.
Support the management of customer reviews and feedback.
Investigate delivery issues and work with our delivery and logistics partners to resolve them.
Process returns, exchanges and refunds accurately.
Become genuinely knowledgeable about our products so you can give customers helpful and confident advice.
Identify recurring questions, issues and customer feedback and share these insights with the wider Lovall team.
Help us continually improve the customer experience as the brand grows.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything about Customer Service. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, personality and attention to detail.

You'll ideally be someone who:

Enjoys helping people and genuinely cares about giving customers a great experience.
Is a strong written communicator with strong spelling and grammar.
Has a warm, friendly and conversational communication style.
Is confident using a computer and comfortable learning new systems and software.
Very familiar with the latest technology, including Ai.
Can type quickly and accurately.
Is naturally organised and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is calm and solutions-focused when dealing with challenging situations.
Takes ownership and uses initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
Can be trusted when handling customer information, refunds and payments.
Enjoys working independently while also being part of a close, collaborative team.
Has an interest in fashion, e-commerce or online brands.
Has the capacity to do over-time when needed.
