:** Hair Stylist ** We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair care services to our clients, ensuring they leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied with their new look. **Responsibilities:** - Perform hair consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences - Provide hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services - Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques - Offer makeup application services to complement hair styling - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Perform eyelash extensions for interested clients - Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques - Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development - Assist with front desk duties as needed - Contribute to store management tasks when required - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times - Utilize upselling techniques to promote salon products and services **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting - Proficiency in makeup application techniques - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members - Experience in eyelash extensions is a plus - Knowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous - Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists - Familiarity with front desk operations is beneficial - Previous experience in store management is a bonus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction - Capability to upsell products and services effectively Join our team and showcase your creativity and expertise as a Hair Stylist while providing top-notch services to our valued clients.
