Trainee Industrial Painter

Location: Llandrindod Wells
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting rate £14.00per hour + overtime opportunities

Are you looking to learn a skilled trade with excellent long-term career prospects?

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Industrial Painter to join our growing Paint Shop team within our Structural Steel factory. No prior industrial painting experience is required. As a trainee, we will provide on-the-job training whilst you will work alongside experienced industrial painters.

What We Are Looking For

You do not need a background in painting, but you must bring the right attitude:

Eager to learn: A genuine desire to learn a manual, highly technical trade.
Hands-on approach: Comfortable working in an industrial workshop environment.
Detail-oriented: Ability to follow instructions precisely to maintain quality and safety.
Reliable team player: Excellent punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Physical fitness: Capability to handle manual tasks and wear heavy protective respiratory gear.

What We Offer

All uniform and specialist PPE provided.
Standard shift pattern: Monday to Thursday 07:00-16:30 and Friday 07:00-16:00 (44.5 hours per week)
Overtime opportunities paid at premium rates.
