Full job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to join our dynamic Business Operations team. This varied role supports compliance, quality assurance and business operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records, databases, information systems, and document control processes.
Produce reports, management information, and business communications to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective information management, collaboration, and service delivery.
Provide administrative support for business projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational planning activities.
Support compliance, quality assurance, governance, and business operations activities.

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong organisational, administrative, and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), with experience maintaining accurate, confidential records, databases, and business documentation.
The ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external contacts.
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach, with the confidence to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in business support, operations, administration, compliance, project support, or office management roles.
An understanding of confidentiality, information governance, data protection, and records management principles.
