Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Civils Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing essential civil engineering tasks, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of infrastructure projects, supporting the development and maintenance of vital public and private sector facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse civil projects, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to make a tangible impact.

Responsibilities

Assist with site setup, including fencing, signage, and safety barriers to ensure a secure working environment
Support with tasks related to civil infrastructure projects, adhering to safety standards and technical guidelines
Follow health and safety protocols diligently while executing construction activities and handling materials

Requirements

Proven experience operating excavators and familiarity with other heavy machinery used in civil works
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards
Relevant certifications or training in construction safety (such as CSCS card and Shea Power ) are preferred.
