Summary

We are seeking a fully qualified Plumber to join our growing team, This role primarily focuses on Commercial and Industrial projects, However, you will also have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects including domestic, and renewable installations, offering a great chance to broaden your experience and skill set.

LOCATION:

Ideally looking for people around High ycombe and Buckinghamshire

However South East, London, Oxford, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain hot and cold water systems.
Install and service pipework, valves, pumps, and sanitary ware.
Carry out plumbing work on commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and plumbing faults.
Install and maintain drainage and waste systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Perform emergency call-outs.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, water regulations, and health and safety requirements.
Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and site managers.
Maintain accurate job records and complete work to a high standard.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma/NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating
Apprenticeship in Plumbing (completed)
CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) – often required for construction sites
Full UK Driving Licence (for mobile roles)

Desirable Qualifications

G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems Certificate
Water Regulations/Water Byelaws Certificate (WRAS)
PASMA (for working at height using mobile access towers)
IPAF (for operating mobile elevated work platforms)
Asbestos Awareness Training
First Aid at Work
