We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Creative Workshop Assistant to join our Holiday Camp team.

At Creativity Art Workshops, we create immersive art experiences that help children explore creativity through contemporary art, design, making, storytelling and hands-on learning.

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Creative Workshop Assistantto join our Holiday Camp team.

This is an exciting opportunity for artists, illustrators, designers, architects, makers, art historians, museum educators, students and creative graduates who enjoy working with children and want to develop as creative educators.

What you'll do

Support inspiring art workshops for children aged 4–11.
Prepare creative materials and learning spaces.
Encourage children's creativity, confidence and imagination.
Work alongside experienced Lead Teachers.
Help create a safe, positive and engaging environment.

Your journey with us

Every new team member begins with a Supported Training Day before progressing to Creative Workshop Assistant.

As you grow, there are opportunities to progress to:

Lead Teacher → Senior Teacher → Programme Lead
