Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their experience with us is positive and memorable. Your energetic approach will help resolve inquiries efficiently, promote our services through upselling opportunities, and foster lasting customer relationships. Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish and English, is highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Utilize strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming and respectful interaction with each customer

Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions, including upselling additional products or services when appropriate
Communicate clearly and effectively in both Spanish and English to serve a diverse customer base

Maintain detailed documentation of interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in accordance with company procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or related roles emphasizing communication skills
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
Excellent phone etiquette combined with active listening abilities
Demonstrated analysis skills to understand customer needs quickly and effectively
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
Experience with upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth
