Full job description

About The Role

We are recruiting a Bank Advanced Nurse/Paramedic Practitioner to work flexibly at The Junction Health Centre (Clapham). This role covers both urgent care and routine practice on an ad-hoc basis (8am–8pm daily, including weekends). You’ll work the shifts you choose – weekdays or weekends – with no minimum hours, ideal for fitting around other commitments.

Requirements:

Completed Master’s degree in Advanced Practice.
Current NMC or HCPC registration and V300 independent prescribing qualification.
Proven experience in primary or urgent care.
Strong communication and autonomous practice skills.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

Independently assess, treat and discharge patients presenting with acute conditions in our urgent care hub and GP clinic.
Prescribe medications and order tests (within scope), interpreting results to guide care.
Promote patient health and self-care, and liaise with other services as needed.
Maintain high standards of patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
