About the Role:

At Maya Strategic Solutions Ltd, we help organisations turn complex business challenges into practical, measurable solutions. Our London team works across strategy, operations, technology, and business transformation to help clients improve how they work and make better decisions.

We are looking for an Operations Analyst who can help us turn business information into clear operational improvements. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to analyse processes, identify inefficiencies, monitor performance, and support initiatives that make our day to day operations more effective.

This is a hands on mid level role for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational problems, and collaborating with different teams. You will have the opportunity to contribute to projects from initial analysis through implementation and review.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Analysis: Review business processes, workflows, and performance information to identify opportunities for improvement.

Data and Reporting: Analyse operational data and prepare clear reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders.

Process Improvement: Help document existing processes and recommend practical improvements that can increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary work.

Performance Monitoring: Track key operational metrics and investigate variances, recurring issues, and emerging trends.

Project Support: Work with project teams to coordinate operational initiatives, maintain documentation, monitor actions, and support delivery against agreed objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with colleagues across finance, technology, client services, and operations to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.

Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of new processes and help evaluate whether changes are delivering the expected results.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or a related business environment.

Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with operational data, identifying trends, investigating problems, and turning findings into practical recommendations.

Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools is required. Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms is an advantage.

Communication: You can explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Organisation: You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate documentation, and working to agreed deadlines.

Problem Solving: You approach operational challenges logically and look for solutions that are practical, measurable, and sustainable.

Mindset: You are proactive, detail oriented, commercially aware, and interested in understanding how businesses can work better.

Pay: £44,044.00-£65,149.00 per year
