Join Gist and keep M&S moving this summer

We’re growing our Enfield driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond

Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.

What You’ll Get

£24.25 per hour + £2.35 per hour unsociable pay between 18:00 - 06:00
£26.53 per hour Saturday and £28.06 per hour Sunday
Performance related pay: £480 per annum for Band A Microlise driving

Shift Information

Hours:40 hours per week
Rota: 5 out of 7 including rotating weekends and bank holidays with start times between 02:00 - 04:00

The Role - Store Deliveries

You’ll be delivering stock safely and efficiently to M&S stores while providing a professional service at every location.

What you’ll be doing:

Completing store deliveries across the network
Carrying out vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
Representing Gist and M&S professionally on site

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
Driver CPC qualification
A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
Professional and safety-focused approach
Reliable, team-focused attitude
Comfortable with manual handling where required
