About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day promotional operations and live campaigns in London. You’ll work on the field or floor, engage directly with prospective customers, keep campaign displays running smoothly, and support your team across different areas of the business. What You'll Do

Customer Engagement & Floor Support

Welcome potential customers with a friendly attitude and introduce them to featured products, services, and current brand promotions with confidence.
Keep customer-facing promotional areas tidy, clean, and well-presented at all times.
Answer questions about brand campaigns, offers, and services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care to ensure a positive brand experience.
Ensure every person who engages with our campaigns leaves with a memorable impression.

Daily Operations & Campaign Handling

Help set up promotional stands for the day and keep marketing operations running efficiently.
Unpack, check, and organise campaign materials, promotional stock, or equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records of incoming marketing collateral and promotional inventory.
Follow health, safety, and brand standards across all activation areas.
Pitch in with administrative and campaign operational tasks whenever needed.

Team Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with your colleagues to hit daily promotional targets and campaign goals.
Jump in to support team members across different tasks during peak campaign hours.
Attend regular shift briefings, catch-ups, and on-the-job training sessions.
Share practical ideas with team leads on how we can improve our daily campaign service and audience reach.

What We're Looking For

Excellent listening and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and easy to talk to.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Great attention to detail and good basic computer or digital system skills.

Flexibility to work shift patterns across the week.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, marketing, hospitality, promotions, or team support is great to have, but it isn’t essential. We care much more about your attitude, energy, and eagerness to learn—full hands-on training will be provided from day one.What You'll Get
