We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and passionate After-School Club Instructors to deliver engaging Chess, Drama, Dance and Musical Theatre Clubs in primary schools across London.
Whether your passion is chess, performing arts, dance or musical theatre, we’re looking for inspiring individuals who enjoy working with children and helping them develop confidence, creativity and new skills in a fun and supportive environment.

About the Role
As an After-School Club Instructor, you’ll deliver exciting enrichment clubs that encourage children to learn, explore and grow outside the classroom.
Depending on your experience, you’ll teach one or more of the following clubs: Chess, Drama, Dance or Musical Theatre.
You’ll work in primary schools across London, creating enjoyable sessions that children look forward to every week.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging after-school clubs in local primary schools.
- Lead fun, age-appropriate activities using our structured resources where applicable.
- Encourage confidence, teamwork and creativity.
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, school staff and parents.
- Represent Three Pines Academy professionally at all times.
Working Hours
This is a part-time role that’s perfect alongside university, freelance work, teaching or another job.
- Sessions take place Monday to Friday.
- Clubs typically start between 3:15 - 3:30 pm.
- Each session lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Additional work may be available as we continue to expand across London.

✔ Happy travelling to primary schools across London.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, childcare or similar) is desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
