Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Charlton, SE7 7SQ

Position Type: Part-Time (In-Office)

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

On-site parking available

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team in Charlton. This is a part-time, office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and being a key part of a small, friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

Taking customer orders over the phone
Inputting telephone and email orders into the company system
Filing and organising paperwork
Maintaining accurate records
General office organisation and maintenance
Supporting smooth day-to-day office operations

The Ideal Candidate

Confident and professional telephone manner
Good IT skills and comfortable using order processing systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Previous administrative experience preferred (but not essential)
