This well‑zoned, single‑room pub features a central bar, a generous drinking area, and a clearly defined dining space. It enjoys a strong balance of wet and food sales, with a reputation for consistently high‑quality food that customers truly value.

Bewdley is an affluent area and a popular destination for day‑trippers and overnight visitors staying in local hotels, campsites and caravans, providing a steady and varied customer base.

Currently achieving £7,000 per week with a 50/50 wet‑to‑food split, there is clear scope to grow further—particularly food. With attractive interior décor, a garden, and terrace areas to the front and sides, The Hop Pole performs especially well during the summer months and offers an excellent opportunity for a Partner focused on quality, hospitality and growth.

Keep 78% of the food sales, with the opportunity to implement your own menu!
Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
As part of this opportunity, the successful applicant will be responsible for paying business rates and covering all entertainment-related costs.
Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License
