Full job description

Stanwell House is a 27-bedroom boutique hotel in the heart of Lymington. We pride ourselves on exceptional standards, attention to detail and warm, genuine hospitality.

We are currently looking for a part-time Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team, working up to 20 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms to a high standard
Maintaining cleanliness in public areas as required
Ensuring rooms are presented consistently and immaculately
Reporting maintenance or guest issues promptly
Supporting the wider housekeeping team during busy periods

This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team where standards matter.

About You

Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not essential
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and efficiently
Comfortable working to time targets without compromising quality
Friendly, professional and positive attitude

Working Pattern

Up to 20 hours per week
Shifts across 4 or 5 days (rota based)
Weekend work is required
Flexibility during busy periods appreciated
