Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Tanning Salon Receptionist, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be the friendly face and efficient organizer behind the front desk, ensuring smooth daily operations while assisting clients with appointments, payments, and inquiries. Your enthusiasm will help create a positive environment that keeps our clients coming back for their perfect glow! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a dynamic beauty and wellness setting.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly as they arrive, providing excellent customer service and answering their questions about tanning services and products
Manage appointment scheduling using computer software, ensuring optimal flow and minimal wait times
Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and tanning equipment workspace to uphold health and safety standards
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, pricing, and promotions while directing calls appropriately
Keep detailed records of client information, appointments, and transactions through data entry and office software tools

Requirements

Prior office experience or administrative background preferred to ensure smooth daily operations
Strong computer skills would be of use.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and over the phone
Exceptional organizational skills to manage scheduling, client files, and daily tasks efficiently.
Previous clerical experience is a plus but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.

Join us in creating a lively atmosphere where clients feel valued from the moment they walk through the door! This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to grow their administrative expertise within a fun, fast-paced environment.

The position would not suit those with busy schedules outside of this as cover shifts will be required as and when holidays or sicknesses occur. 3shifts available including 1 x weekend, 1x weekday morning and evening.
