Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, and enhancing overall efficiency. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help coordinate various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the success of our business operations. Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure seamless business processes
Support the preparation and management of reports using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations
Maintain organized records of administrative documents and operational data
Help oversee office procedures, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence via Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft PowerPoint
Contribute to customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic software issues and maintaining office technology

Skills

Strong communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with IT systems and basic troubleshooting abilities
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
