Full job description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a Customer Care Advisor to join our Umbrella department at our Altrincham office.

Hybrid working available following training (2 days working from home and 3 days in the office)

No working Bank Holidays or weekends!

The Role:

Resolving new and existing customer issues quickly and efficiently
Supporting new customers through the learning curve of being employed through an Umbrella company
Nurturing PayStream’s existing customer relationships by providing an inspirational level of customer service
To ensure compliance processes are followed at all times
Taking inbound call queries and supporting the team managing an email inbox

The Person:

A positive can do attitude, being punctual and reliable
Ability and commitment to deliver high levels of customer service
Resilience and the ability to cope with difficult conversations
Ability to communicate clearly to clients, contractors and colleagues
Ability to work effectively in a team
Ability to remain calm and professional in a pressurised customer service environment
Ability to manage own time to deal with multiple tasks effectively

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Basic IT skills with the ability to learn and operate relevant computer systems

Progression:

Professional qualification financial support with up to 6 days paid study leave for professional qualifications
Training and personal development
Clear objectives and paths for progression
