Full job description

Due to continued growth, PayStream Accounting Services Limited have an opening for a HR Administrator to join our HR department at our Altrincham office.

Working within a small, caring and collaborative HR Team, the HR Administrator is responsible for delivering a proactive, efficient and high-quality HR administration service across all areas of the business. In addition, the role holds joint responsibility with the rest of the HR team in delivering an excellent employee experience.

The Role:

Acting as the main point of contact for HR administration queries, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, professionalism and compliance with company policies and employment legislation at all times
Managing the onboarding process for new starters
Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment and other employment documentation
Coordinating and delivering HR and company inductions for new employees
Managing the leaver process
Monitoring and responding to the HR inbox, escalating queries where appropriate
Delivering HR systems training to new managers and team leaders, including guidance on HR processes and best practice
Supporting managers with HR administration processes including sickness recording, return to work interviews and probation management
Supporting the HR Manager and HR Director with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Person:

Excellent communication skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Adaptable
Able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive and able to use initiative

Requirements:

Minimum grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
Basic IT skills with the ability to learn and operate relevant computer systems
Experience of working in a small agile team
Strong HR Administration experience
