Purpose of Role

VINCI Facilities is looking for a proactive and highly organised Maintenance Supervisor to support the delivery of facilities management services on a key national client account.

Based from our Denton office, this role will be central to coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractor performance, monitoring service delivery and ensuring operational activities are completed to the highest standards. Working closely with Account Managers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of services across a busy and fast-paced environment.

This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in facilities management, contract support, service coordination, property services or similar operational support roles

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide operational and administrative support across a national facilities management contract. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, liaising with suppliers and contractors, monitoring outstanding works and ensuring customer requirements are met in line with contractual expectations.

Working alongside the wider operational team, you will maintain service records, produce reports, monitor workloads and help drive tasks through to completion. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities across a national client account.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales
Monitor outstanding and overdue work orders, proactively driving actions through to completion.
Produce reports, analyse service data and support operational performance reviews.
Maintain accurate information across internal systems and databases.
Support contractor meetings and account management activities
Manage communications with internal stakeholders, clients and service providers
Assist with workload planning and service coordination activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support service continuity and account performance.
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Experience within Facilities Management, Property Services, Maintenance or Building Services environments
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks and see actions through to completion.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers
Knowledge of CAFM, service management or job management systems.
Experience supporting large client accounts or service delivery functions.
