A.R. Richards is seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Banksman / Driver to join our team working with Euro bins and waste collection vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career with a company that actively invests in its people.

The Role

Safely guide vehicle movements as a Banksman.
Assist with the movement and handling of Euro bins.
Support drivers with loading and unloading operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Assist with general yard and operational duties as required.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong awareness of health and safety.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
