Are you looking to start your career in financial services or step into a dynamic support role? Eight Wealth Management is seeking a proactive Business Admin Assistant to join our welcoming and collaborative team. No prior experience is required – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

About the Role
This is a full-time, hybrid position. You’ll play a key part in supporting our Partners and wider business teams with essential administrative tasks, including:

Processing new and replacement business submissions
Preparing professional client meeting packs
Providing general admin support to our Business Services and Paraplanning teams

Requirements

A clear and confident communicator
Organised with strong attention to detail
A team player who’s always ready to lend a hand
Able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Computer literate with proficient data entry skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems
