Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Engineer PTS (Permanent Track System) to join our construction team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of PTS projects on-site, ensuring that all work aligns with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines. Your expertise will help drive the successful delivery of infrastructure projects that enhance transportation networks and urban development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale engineering initiatives while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Supervise daily site activities related to PTS installation, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and equipment
Conduct thorough site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, and adherence to technical specifications
Analyze site data and reports to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions promptly
Maintain detailed records of site activities, safety incidents, and progress reports for project documentation
Ensure all team members follow health and safety protocols rigorously to create a secure working environment
Assist in planning work schedules, resource allocation, and logistics to optimize productivity on-site

Qualifications

Proven experience in site engineering within infrastructure or transportation projects, particularly involving PTS systems or similar track infrastructure
Strong analysis skills to evaluate technical data, troubleshoot issues, and improve site processes
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and safety guidelines accurately
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
Relevant technical qualification or diploma in civil engineering or related field is preferred
Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites is essential
