Creative / Brand Manager

The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Creative / Brand Manager to take ownership of Nyxi's visual identity, e-commerce creative, social media content and influencer relationships.

This is not simply a graphic design role. You will work closely with our Growth Manager and Product Development team to create high-converting content that helps customers discover, understand, trust and choose Nyxi products.

You will own:

Brand → Product Positioning → Amazon Creative → Social Content → Video → Influencers → Testing & Optimisation

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Creative: Own hero images, product image stacks, infographics, A+ Content, Brand Story and Store content.
Creative Strategy: Turn product features and competitive advantages into clear, persuasive customer benefits.
Photography & Video: Plan and coordinate product photography, lifestyle content, demonstrations, short-form video and other creative assets.
Social Media Content: Plan and manage content across Nyxi's key social channels, creating a consistent flow of engaging product, educational, lifestyle and brand content.
Influencer Outreach: Identify and contact relevant influencers and creators, build relationships, coordinate product gifting/collaborations and secure usable UGC and promotional content.
UGC & Content Library: Build a scalable library of customer, creator and influencer content that can be reused across Amazon, social media and advertising.
Conversion Optimisation: Work with the Growth Manager to improve CTR and conversion through creative testing and continuous optimisation.
Product Launches: Deliver complete creator content packages ahead of new-product launches.
Brand Management: Maintain a consistent, premium Nyxi identity across eCommerce platforms, social media, packaging and other customer touchpoints.
Customer Intelligence: Use reviews, FAQs and customer feedback to identify opportunities for better creative and educational content.
External Resources: Manage photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and other creative partners where required.

What We're Looking For

3+ years' experience in e-commerce creative, brand, content & social media
Experience producing product images, infographics, video and A+ Content
Experience creating and managing social media content
Experience identifying, contacting and managing influencers/content creators
Strong visual and brand judgement
Ability to translate product features into compelling customer benefits
Understanding of conversion optimisation and creative testing
Excellent organisation and project-management skills
Amazon/e-commerce brand experience is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
