Full job description

We are recruiting for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our administration team. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to work in transport & customer service.

You will be responsible for taking skip hire orders from incoming phone calls and emails during the day Friday, Monday and Tuesdays, as well as dealing with office administration work for the mentioned days.

Main Duties:

Taking skip bookings over the phone & email
Processing orders on our system
Filing, data entry, photocopying
Processing card payments
Chasing outstanding invoices
Applying for skip road licences
Completing jobs on the system
Liaise with the customers and their specific delivery requests
General office duties

Key Skills Required for the Role:

Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise.
Able to work in a friendly team.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload.
Experience in customer service/data entry and/or office administration experience.
An excellent and professional telephone manner and to be comfortable receiving and making telephone calls.

Pay: £20,000.00 per year
