Administrator - Renewable Energy

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and confident Administrator to join our Renewable Energy team at Zuno. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the team, keeping information and systems up to date, communicating with customers and colleagues, and making sure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Renewable Energy team.
Handle inbound calls and enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
Make outbound calls to customers, colleagues and external stakeholders as required.
Manage emails, correspondence and day-to-day communications.
Maintain accurate records, databases and internal systems.
Input and update information accurately across spreadsheets and systems.
Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook, on a daily basis.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Organise and maintain documentation and files.
Support with reporting, data entry and general office administration.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to help keep processes running smoothly.
Take on additional administrative tasks and support projects as required.

About You

Previous experience in an administration, coordination or office-based role.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proactive and confident following up on outstanding actions.
Comfortable working with systems, databases and spreadsheets.
A positive, approachable and team-focused attitude.
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
