About the Job you are considering:
The CCI Regulatory Project Manager is responsible for planning and delivering individual regulatory projects that contribute to the wider Consumer Composite Investments CCI transformation programme. The role will ensure projects are delivered safely within scope budget and timelines while maintaining compliance with regulatory obligations and governance standards
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role:
- Managed end-to-end delivery of regulatory change projects within Financial Services, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Developed integrated project plans, defined project scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements to support successful programme execution.
- Supported the implementation of Consumer Composite Investments (CCI), Consumer Duty, PRIIPs, UCITS, Product Governance, and other FCA-driven regulatory initiatives.
- Coordinated regulatory change activities across multiple business, operational, compliance, legal, risk, and technology workstreams.
- Monitored project progress, managed dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and actions (RAID), and escalated critical matters to programme leadership when required.
- Produced governance reports, facilitated steering committee meetings, maintained audit-ready documentation, and ensured effective stakeholder communication.
- Worked closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver regulatory remediation and compliance transformation initiatives.
- Coordinated testing, implementation, and business readiness activities to ensure successful project adoption and transition into business operations.
- Managed project budgets, resource allocation, third-party suppliers, and delivery partners to achieve programme objectives within agreed constraints.
- Applied strong knowledge of FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk, Financial Promotions, Operational Resilience, and Retail Investment Products to support regulatory compliance.
- Utilized Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies to manage complex regulatory projects and drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated strong stakeholder management, governance, risk management, problem-solving, and reporting skills to ensure successful regulatory and business outcomes.

Job Skills
- Proven experience in Project Planning, Project Delivery, and Regulatory Change Management within Financial Services environments.
- Strong knowledge of FCA Handbook, Consumer Duty, PRIIPs, UCITS, Product Governance, Operational Resilience, Conduct Risk, and Financial Promotions regulations.
- Expertise in managing RAID logs, project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Strong governance and reporting capabilities, including steering committee management and executive-level communications.
- Experience delivering Consumer Duty, CCI, disclosure transformation, and regulatory remediation programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Strong project scheduling, resource coordination, budget tracking, and vendor management capabilities.
- Experience leading testing, implementation, business readiness, and transition activities for regulatory programmes.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies with a focus on achieving project milestones and compliance outcomes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex regulatory environments.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Asset Management, Wealth Management, Retail Investments, and Financial Services regulatory frameworks.
