Full job description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Trades Person to join our property maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long‑term career in joinery, property repairs and general building maintenance.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and learn skills including:

Basic Joinery doors, skirting, stud walls.
Plaster Patching small repairs, making good.
Painting & Decorating preparation, finishing.
Minor Plumbing Repairs taps, leaks, seals.
General Property Maintenance social housing and private properties.

Full training is provided. You will gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of trades.

What We’re Looking For

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
Good communication skills
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
Interest in property maintenance or construction

Qualifications

Willing to learn or in a similar role within the construction industry.

Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks is a plus.
Familiarity with bricklaying processes can enhance your application.
Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
