About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

Build meaningful relationships with our members and help them find the right products and services to support their goalswhether that’s saving for a special trip, buying a first home, or planning for the future.
Communicate confidently across multiple channels, including in-branch, over the phone, and online, to support members with their accounts.
Focus on doing what’s right for our memberswithout the pressure of sales targets.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team here in Dewsbury. This is a branch that prides itself on creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing our customers with an outstanding level of support and service. As well as helping our customers in branch and over the phone, we love to get out and about in the community delivering financial education sessions along with a range of other workshops in schools and community groups.

We’re also really proud to be partnered with Citizens Advice who are able to provide support for people in our community with face-to-face appointments in branch.
