ADR Fuel Tanker Driver – Film & TV Locations | South East
Not your average tanker driver job.
We’re a family-run renewable fuels business and we’re looking for one driver to join our small, close-knit team. You’ll be delivering our HVO and B50 fuels — genuinely green, genuinely good products — to film and TV production locations across the South East.
That means you'll be responsible for keeping some of the UK’s biggest film and TV shoots running. The crews are friendly, the locations are interesting, and no two days look quite the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Running multi-drop delivery routes to film and TV locations across the South East
- Operating HGV and 3.5T fuel tankers in full compliance with ADR regulations
- Loading and unloading fuel safely and accurately at each site
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and overseeing minor maintenance.
- Completing delivery paperwork and WhatsApp records accurately
- Taking the vehicles for PMI checks when scheduled — this does sometimes mean an early start (0530 on occasion)
- Being the professional face of the business at every site you visit
- Occasional overtime and weekend work available
- Hours: 7am - 4.30pm
Who we’re looking for
You’ll have your ADR licence and your Class C, obviously. But what will actually make you right for this role is your attitude.
Multi-drop isn’t for everyone — it involves more stops, more paperwork, and more interaction than a single-drop run. We need someone who sees that as a feature, not a bug. Someone who takes pride in the work, enjoys meeting people, and is happy to be the friendly, reliable presence our clients look forward to seeing on site.
When deliveries are light, you'll help out around the yard — general upkeep, loading, keeping things shipshape. We're a small family business, so there's no strict "that's not my job" culture here. And if you come with skills beyond driving — whether that's mechanics, admin, logistics know-how, or something else entirely — tell us. We like to make the most of the people we work with.
Essential:
- Valid HGV Class C licence
- ADR licence Class 3 Tanks (training can be provided)
- Good knowledge of ADR and driver hour compliance requirements
- Experience of fuel tanker operations and safe loading/unloading procedures
- Confident with paperwork and digital recordkeeping
- Professional, customer-facing manner
You’ll fit right in if you:
- Actually enjoy multi-drop work (yes, really — we mean it)
- Like working in varied, lively environments
- Are an early riser or at least don’t mind an early start
- Care about doing the job properly, every time
- Want to work with a company that only deals in renewable fuels
- Don't mind working the odd weekend
