Job Summary

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Associate, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort of our hotel environment. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while delivering exceptional service every day.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout guest areas, hallways, and public spaces to ensure a pristine environment.
Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal with efficiency and care.
Support guest check-in and check-out processes by assisting front desk staff as needed.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or assistance, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude.
Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
Follow established safety protocols and hotel policies to uphold a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas of the hotel meet high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

Experience

Previous experience in hotel operations or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Janitorial experience is highly valued, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service are key qualities for success in this role.
