Full job description

The Gresham Aparthotel is looking for people to join a fantastic Receptionist team.

You are likely to be the first or last person that our guests interact with, so your customer service skills will be up there with the best. From their arrival and throughout their stay, whether it be a short visit or a long stay home from home, you will shape their impressions, from your initial warm welcome, service and care during their stay and that final goodbye.

In addition you’ll work closely with other departments to enhance our guest experience answering incoming calls, responding to emails, allocating rooms and preparing our guests bills. Your computer skills will need to be as good as your personal skills.

What skills do you need?

Strong attention to detail and the ability to recognise guest needs
Strong IT skills and previous experience using PMS is beneficial but not essential
Good communication skills, and level of English – both written and spoken
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can do’ attitude & to love the buzz of being busy
At least 1 years’ experience within a hotel or serviced apartment environment would be beneficial
Flexible Availability, ability to work weekends and evenings a must

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
