About us

Molan UK is a Polycarbonate & Accessory processing and distribution company based in Heckington.

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days a week) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in sales administration tasks and possess excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information and quotations

- Processing customer orders

- Provide administrative support to the sales team

- Maintain and update sales and customer records

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying

Skills:

- Basic computer literacy essential - however, full training will be provided on bespoke computer programmes.

- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Administrative skills to handle office tasks effectively

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers

- Fluency in English for written and verbal communication
