What You'll Need

Previous recruitment or administration experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

What You'll Do

Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
Screen applications and arrange interviews.
Carry out pre-employment checks and right-to-work documentation.
Coordinate onboarding for new starters.
Advertise vacancies and manage job postings.
Keep recruitment records accurate and up to date.
Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
