Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part time Administrator to join our team at Debaliol Care Home. In this vital role, you will manage administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office technology will help uphold our commitment to quality service and efficient workflows.

Duties

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate data entry records u
Organize and file documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with policies
Support billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping processes
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating internal communications
Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing correspondence
Ensure all administrative activities adhere to confidentiality standards and organizational procedures

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with data entry, clerical tasks preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
Strong typing skills for efficient document processing
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting is advantageous
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
