Help Create Great Customer Experiences

Some of the best customer experiences start with a simple conversation.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, helping customers, representing leading brands and creating positive first impressions. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and likes the idea of a role where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an entry-level opportunity, so no previous experience is required. We'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build your confidence and develop your skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll engage with customers on behalf of our clients, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, informative and professional.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers
Providing information about products, services and current campaigns
Listening to customer needs and answering questions
Building positive relationships through excellent customer service
Representing client brands to a high standard
Supporting customer engagement and promotional activities
Contributing to the success of customer-focused campaigns

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to meet new people while developing valuable communication and relationship-building skills.
