Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and reliable swimming instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in swimming, with the ability to educate individuals of all ages and skill levels. You will play a key role in promoting water safety and teaching swimming techniques. Making the sessions fun is key to learning.

Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
Assess the skill levels of students and tailor lessons to meet their specific needs.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching swimming is highly desirable.
knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students of all ages.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
Must possess patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards teaching.
