Sales Representative – Entry Level

Cardiff | Self-Employed | No Previous Experience Required

We’re expanding our Cardiff team and are looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy meeting and speaking with others.

This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales role where you’ll visit residential areas and speak directly with customers on behalf of established brands. You don’t need previous sales experience — we provide full training, coaching and ongoing support to help you develop your skills.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll:

Speak with customers face-to-face in residential areas
Introduce and explain products and services in a clear, professional way
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable options
Answer questions and respond positively to customer feedback
Keep accurate records of customer conversations and outcomes
Work alongside your team to achieve individual and team targets
Take part in regular coaching and development sessions
Travel to and from our Cardiff office as part of the working day

We’re looking for people who are:

Confident speaking with different types of customers
Friendly, professional and approachable
Motivated by achieving personal goals and earning through performance
Reliable and committed
Comfortable working both independently and within a team
Resilient when dealing with objections or challenging conversations
Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
Comfortable using basic computer systems to record information

Minimum availability: 4 days per week
