Key Responsibilities

Analysis of waters for a range of chemical and microbiological parameters
Preparation and analysis of samples in line with client and regulatory requirements
Maintenance of quality control in compliance with quality systems
Calibration and maintenance of equipment
Ensuring adherence to all SOPs and regulatory guidance
Identification and escalation of any sources of non-compliance to the Laboratory Manager
Ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
Keep equipment in a clean and serviceable condition and ensure the safe removal of waste.
Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and adequate checks
Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments
